Queensland Badminton is excited to announce the 2026 Fraser Coast Open Badminton Championship, taking place 12–13 September at Urangan State High School in beautiful Hervey Bay. This event is a key fixture on the QBA calendar and a fantastic opportunity for players across the state to compete, connect, and enjoy a weekend on the Fraser Coast.
The Fraser Coast Open has always been known for its welcoming atmosphere, strong competition, and stunning coastal backdrop. With affordable entry fees and a venue only minutes from the beach, it’s the perfect tournament to combine badminton with a short getaway.
